What changed

Changes since v2026.07.24-002:

- clusterState is the node's image store, not a preference
- The hold waits only for a person, and the report proposes what installs
- Early boot loads the HID stack, so a person can answer the installer
- The stick reports the hardware before the first install
- Make the installer work, and speak, on real hardware
